We are thrilled to showcase our Gran Canal Deluxe chandelier, chosen to enhance the Tudor-style residence of Duff McKagan, legendary bassist of the Guns N’ Roses, and his wife, supermodel and designer Susan Holmes McKagan. The project, curated by architect Nicolò Bini, founder of Line Architecture, was exclusively featured in Architectural Digest, one of the world’s most prestigious design magazines.

Nicolò Bini, founder of Line Architecture, is an internationally renowned architect with a prestigious background. He is distinguished by his ability to combine the essence of tradition with a modern and sophisticated style. His clients include celebrities such as Robert Downey Jr., Sir Elton John, Cara and Poppy Delevingne, and Usher, as well as families like the Gettys, Haas, and Tisch, and brands like Gap, Banana Republic, Rip Curl, and Fred Leighton.
The Charm of Venetian Red is Rock
In the master bedroom, architect Bini chose a vibrant red piece to create a striking visual impact and add a touch of luxury. The Gran Canal Deluxe chandelier stands out as a central element, with its 12+6 lights spread over two levels and its sinuous structure in fiery red glass, becoming the focal point of the room. This iconic piece adds a touch of drama and luxury, embodying the perfection of Venetian craftsmanship.
The setting is further enhanced by a brass bed, a smoky mirror wall, elegant cushions, and curtains with floral details, creating a refined and cozy atmosphere.
The mansion, built in the 1920s and located in the quiet residential area of Seattle, is an outstanding example of how classic architecture can be reinterpreted in a contemporary way. Architect Nicolò Bini skillfully preserved the original charm of the Tudor style while enriching it with unique and innovative elements.
